Central and Stylish Stay
excellent location tasty cannelloni
The location was excellent. It was easy to walk to my office, museums, and other attractions. The staff offered excellent restaurant recommendations. I ordered room service since I worked late, and the steak tartare was superb! The oxtail cannelloni was also very tasty.
I paid about $440 USD a night for a two-day stay. The hotel provided a beautiful room. I found that the lack of overall amenities and services did not match the price. The water bottles in the room were not complimentary after the first bottle.

attentive staff helpful recommendations comfortable room beautiful decoration
the staff were helpful and attentive! i needed some restaurant recommendations and they gave me AMAZING suggestions. the room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated! i especially liked the small balcony where i could enjoy the city views.
the minibar prices were slightly high, but i expected that.

The hotel is in a fantastic location! major tourist sites are within a 10-15 minute walk. i found it easy to explore the area. The metro stop is about a 6-8 minute walk.

The front desk team were really helpful! they quickly resolved all requests and offered great advice on local tapas spots. i was offered a mimosa upon arrival. It was a very cute touch. i felt very valued as a guest.

i ordered room service one night! the quality of the steak tartare was AMAZING!!! the cafe within the hotel served good cappuccinos. breakfast offered many different choices.

the hotel had a great audio and music system! i enjoyed listening to it in the public spaces. there is a cafe inside the hotel! also, a local grocery is just across the street.

the building has interesting decor elements. my room had two balconies, each overlooked the street below. i found the hotel bar very active.

professional staff peaceful escape variety of food comfortable room
location was prime. the staff was very professional. the restored 19th-century palace added charm. the hotel was like a peaceful escape. there was a great en-suite walk-in shower. i enjoyed breakfast each morning. it offered a variety of food and drinks. i would choose this hotel again.

a satisfactory experience
great location helpful staff poor pillows high prices
the location was great it was close to cool boutiques and a short walk to bars and restaurants. the hotel staff were helpful and the design was unique i really enjoyed the breakfast it was varied and tasty.
the pillows were not acceptable for the price i paid the room door did not have proper insulation. i could see light from the corridor coming through the door the minibar prices were high.
